I’m Suliet Rivera, founder of GoalGetters Virtual Solutions, a business services company that helps individuals, professionals and entrepreneurs reclaim their time, crush their (never-ending) to do lists, and achieve their business goals.

My initial calling to build a business came about six years ago as a simple mandate from my colleagues and close friends: ‘You should start a business’. They had always credited my keen awareness of business and systems, a genuine love for solving problems, and the ability to remain calm in chaos as evidence that I really needed to try this thing.

The eventual decision to start a company though, was a more gradual journey of self-discovery - one where I progressively deepened my knowledge of organizational systems and strategies for sustainable growth, continued to mature as a trusted advisor for the companies I supported along the way, and honestly?…Designed the kind of business that I’d want to partner with in my own professional journey.

With a formal education in business management and administrative technology, my professional career spanned several industries including customer service, eCommerce, real estate, and digital marketing, where I managed daily business administration, infrastructure support, and built processes and systems that helped operations run better, so they could ultimately serve their people and clients better.

Maybe it’s the Minecraft gamer in me, but I’ve always enjoyed the creative process – The thrill of building your ideas from scratch and bringing them into view…then testing, iterating, failing, adapting, refining and achieving…before moving on to build the next idea. I’ve always held a natural curiosity for how things work, then - how could they work well. In my real world, it’s steered much of my daily work designing and implementing end-to-end workflows, operating procedures and creating solutions that solve tricky operational challenges like – how to deliver an exceptional customer service experience over and over again, how to stay social on social media, stay true to your brand and continue to deliver your products and services, or how to tame the tangled mess of (please-make-it-stop) administrative tasks so they’re scheduled, organized…done!
