  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while interacting with your customers during the sales process.

  • Process refund or replacement requests.

  • Process cancellations or renewals.

  • Contact vendors/suppliers for inquiries and/or order fulfillment.

  • Other necessary tasks to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Hourly

For short-term or project-based customer and sales support. Time is tracked by the minute.

$15 per hour

Monthly

For ongoing customer and sales support.

Part-time (20 hours per week) $1,000

Full-time (40 hours per week) $2,000
