Client Support Professional
(Call Center Agent - Work from Home)

We are seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals to join our team of Client Support Professionals! As a Client Support Professional (CSP), you will provide customer service, sales, and/or technical support for a client or clients of your choosing. Your primary job function will be taking inbound calls from customers to help resolve issues and/or complete reservations and/or purchases. Experience in one or more of these areas is recommended, but not required. This is an independent contractor position.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be a United States citizen

  • Must live in the United States (we are currently not hiring in CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WI)

  • Must have a quiet workspace free of distractions

  • Must pass a technical check, language assessment, and background check (some clients may require a drug screening)


Technical Requirements

  • PC: Windows 8, Windows 10 (Windows 8.1 may not be supported by some clients)

  • MAC: Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows must be installed

  • Desktop or laptop (all-in-one desktops are not compatible)

  • Dual monitors are recommended, but not required for most clients

  • Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection (wireless connections are prohibited)

  • Some clients may require a hard-wired landline telephone service (others will allow VOIP)

  • USB Headset with mic
